At TNA Associates, a leading data analytics firm, I collaborated with management to address a critical issue: an alarmingly high 50% turnover rate among sales team leaders within their first year. This turnover not only disrupts team performance but also impacts revenue and employee morale.

OVERVIEW: THE PROBLEM

PROCESS & SOLUTION

Using an Agile mindset, I worked closely with management to identify key challenges, gathering insights from leadership, and aligning my approach with business objectives. My findings revealed that new sales leaders often struggle with conflict resolution, motivational strategies, and effective communication skills, leading to disengagement and eventual attrition. Continuing to use an ADDIE mindset, I knew I needed to design a leadership development course incorporating interactive scenarios, role-playing exercises, and real-world case studies to build practical skills. The development would be done using Vyond for bite-sized tutorials and Storyline for interactive scenarios.
